    Description

    We invite you to spend wonderful holidays in Mallorca with your family and friends in Villa Sa Pau - a peaceful, lovingly decorated rural house. It was built in 2014 exclusively as a holiday villa and is situated in a delightful rural setting on the southern part of the island, around 6 km from Cas Concos des Cavaller and around 7 km to the east of Campos. In Campos znd Cas Concos des Cavaller, you will find bars, restaurants, and shops to meet your daily needs. The fantastic sandy beach of Es Trenc is 19 km away. In around 40 minutes of traveling by car, you can reach the capital of the island, Palma, and its Old Town, which is definitely worth visiting.

    As you enter the interior of the house, you are greeted by an atmosphere that is both elegant and cosy at the same time. Here you will find a partly open-plan living-dining room with two large, comfy sofas positioned in front of the panoramic windows. In this area, you can simply relax here in glorious surroundings, perhaps with a good book or stimulating conversation with friends or watching flat-screen satellite TV whenever you feel like it. If need be, you can light the wood-burning stove and enjoy comforting warmth and a homelike atmosphere on cooler evenings. In the middle of this spacious area is a dining table, excellent for sitting around as a group and eating together indoors. The integrated kitchen that is right next to the dining area has been fully furnished, is of a high-quality design, and has everything needed to cater to your daily needs. There is enough storage and worktop space here to ensure that several people can comfortably and easily prepare meals together at the same time. There is also direct access outside from here.

    Four charming bedrooms (two on each floor), all designed in wholly unique ways, draw you into a peaceful night's sleep. Subtle colors blend pleasantly in with skillfully placed highlights, which further emphasize the gentle homely feel to these rooms. One of the two upstairs bedrooms has direct access to the balcony. Also, there are three fully equipped bathrooms (one en suite and two separate).

    Villa Sa Pau is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and carefree stay: air conditioning in the living room and three bedrooms and a ceiling fan in the bedroom, WiFi, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and all household items, large built-in wardrobes in all bedrooms, sheets, bath and pool towels, etc.

    On the 15,000 m² outdoor plot you will find lawned areas, Mediterranean plants and trees, terraces, and enticing alcoves. This results in a generally relaxed and pleasant image overall, into which the pool, which is bordered with blue mosaic stones, blends perfectly. The saltwater swimming pool can be comfortably accessed via a set of steps to the side of it, and it varies in depth between 0.90 and 2.00 m. It is bordered by a lovely sunbathing terrace with eight sunbeds in total, on which you can relax to your heart's content, either in the sun or under one of the parasols provided.

    One highlight is the covered BBQ area by the pool, around which you can organize BBQ evenings without fear of the weather, and sample delightful, fresh delicacies that the local region has to offer.
    Also, the house has a spacious, partly covered terrace with a big dining table that invites you to sit back and relax with a view over the garden. On nice days it is more than possible for you to enjoy yourself spending your entire time outdoors.

    Villa Sa Pau is the sister of the Villa Son Pere, which can also be found in our listing. Both houses are situated apart from one another on a huge, 35,000 m² estate, which belongs to the same owners. You can't see one villa from the other, and so you will enjoy complete and utter privacy whilst staying here. There is a parking space for your hire car in front of the house.

    When it comes to little day trips, then, among others, the pretty harbour area of the former fishing village of Colonia de Sant Jordi (21 km) is a particular draw. In Cala Figuera (also 21 km) you can acquaint yourself with the charm of another traditional Mediterranean fishing harbour. The Mondrago national park is only 10 minutes away by car. There you can discover a wonderful nature reserve situated by beaches and forests.

As the house is very remote it’s quite usual to have some bugs around, but with the right tools you can get rid of them. We would recommend staying here and would come back again!
