Villa Son Pere is a cosy holiday home in Mallorca, located in a charming rural area in the southern part of the island, about 7 km east of Campos. In Campos, you will find bars, restaurants and optimal shops to meet your daily needs. The fantastic sandy beach of Es Trenc is located 19 km away. In about 40 minutes by car, you can reach the island's capital, Palma, and its Old Town, which is definitely worth visiting.
Villa Son Pere was built in 2014 with high-quality materials, is tastefully decorated and is filled with natural light throughout the house. Once you have entered the interior, you will feel received by a cosy and homely atmosphere. A partially open living-dining room with an integrated kitchen forms the heart of the house: two comfortable sofas are in front of a fireplace and a television invites you to entertain yourself, relax with a book or chat with family and friends. If necessary, you can light the wood-burning stove and enjoy a comforting warmth and a homely feeling on cooler nights. In the centre, you will have a large solid wood dining table around which everyone can sit together and dine indoors. The modern kitchen is next to the dining room, is equipped with high-quality appliances and has sufficient storage space and a large worktop where several people can prepare meals together at the same time.
Four double rooms (three with a double bed and the fourth with two single beds) are tastefully decorated and invite you to have a good rest after a long day full of emotions and a pleasant feeling of tiredness. Three of them are on the ground floor and the fourth is on the first floor. In addition, there are three full bathrooms (two of them en suite).
Villa Son Pere is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable and worry-free stay: air conditioning in the living room and three bedrooms and ceiling fan in the fourth bedroom, TV, WIFI, safe, fans, washing machine, dishwasher, dryer, bed linen and towels, and much more.
The property extends over a plot of 20,000 m² with lawn areas, Mediterranean plants and several terraces. The jewel of the outdoor area is the pool area: the 8x4m saltwater pool is surrounded by a solarium with sun loungers and can be comfortably accessed through side steps (its depth varies between 0.90 and 2.00 m).
Next to the pool, you will find a covered barbecue house, where you can enjoy grilled meals without fear of the weather and savour delicious fish, meat and fresh vegetables that the region offers.
Moreover, there is a spacious partially covered terrace, with access to the living room and kitchen, which looks positively homely in its protected position installed between two walls of the house. Here, a large dining table invites you to relax and spend time unwinding with views of the garden.
Villa Son Pere is a sister of Villa Sa Pau, which can also be found in our listing. Both houses are located separated from each other on an enormous estate of 35,000 m², which belongs to the same owners. You cannot see one villa from the other, so you will enjoy total and absolute privacy during your stay here. There is a parking space for your rental car in front of the house.
Regarding day trips, it stands out, among other things, the beautiful port area of the old fishing village of Colonia de Sant Jordi (21 km). In Cala Figuera (also 21 km away) you can become familiar with the charm of another traditional Mediterranean fishing port. The Mondragó national park is just a 10-minute drive away. There you can discover a wonderful nature reserve located between beaches and forests.

we loved staying at villa son pere. it suited our preference for peace and solitude. the villa is spacious and well equipped, and the gardens beautifully maintained. the kids spent hours in the pool and the BBQ provided a fab grill on our last night.see more

Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Der Pool war ein echtes Highlight und wurde insbesondere von den Kindern ausgiebig genutzt. Wie schon von anderen Gästen geschrieben, ist die Villa in der Tat sehr abgeschieden gelegen, was aber ok ist, wenn see more

Wie schon von anderen Gästen geschrieben, ist die Villa in der Tat sehr abgeschieden gelegen, was aber ok ist, wenn man Ruhe und Privatsphäre schätzt. Als Hinweis für zukünftige Gäste: Die auf den Fotos ersichtlichen Loungemöbel in der Grillecke wurden mittlerweile durch einen relativ ungemütlichen Picknicktisch mit integrierten Sitzbänken ersetzt. Zudem ist in der Küche wirklich gar keine Grundausstattung an Lebensmitteln (Salz, Pfeffer, Kaffe, Zucker, etc.) vorhanden.
