**Rights of the Data Subjects**

PURE PROPS S.L.U. informs Users that they may exercise the rights of access, rectification, limitation, deletion, portability, objection to the processing of their personal data, and the right not to be subject to automated decisions, including profiling, before the Data Controller, as well as the right to withdraw the given consent.

- **Right of Access**: It is the user's right to obtain confirmation of whether their data is being processed and, if so, the specific personal data processed and the legal information of the processing (purposes, legal basis, retention periods, transfers, origin of the data, etc.).
- **Right of Rectification**: It is the affected person's right to have their data modified if it is found to be inaccurate or incomplete. Concerning the website, it can only be satisfied concerning the information under the website's control, for example, deleting comments posted on the website itself, images, or web content containing the user's personal data.
- **Right to Limitation of Processing**: It is the right to limit the original purposes of the processing by the Data Controller in certain cases.

- **Right of Objection**: It is the user's right to object to the processing of their personal data or to stop the processing when it is based on legitimate interest or public interest or in cases of direct marketing.
- **Right not to be subject to automated decisions, including profiling**: When the processing is not necessary for the performance or execution of a contract, is not authorized by European Union or Member State law, or is not based on consent, you have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that produces legal effects or similarly significantly affects you.
- **Right to Withdraw Consent**: For any processing based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw it at any time and for free.

To exercise any of the data protection rights described above, please follow these instructions:

Submit a written request to the address CAMI DE CAN PASTILLA, 68 07610 PALMA DE MALLORCA (ILLES BALEARS) (to the attention of PURE PROPS S.L.U.) or via email to contabilidad@slowvillas.com. The letter sent by the owner of the personal data (data subject) requesting the exercise of rights must consider the following:

- **Identification**: The applicant must be reliably identified, and in case of doubts about the applicant's identity, they will be asked to rectify the request (e.g., requesting more information, such as the ID number, the ID document, the provided email, etc.).
- **Representative**: The request can be made by the representative, legal or voluntary, when duly identified and authorized by the data owner (through an express authorization from the owner to exercise the personal rights regulated in the data protection regulations).
- **Request Specification**: Specify the request (Right(s) to be exercised). If no specific processing is mentioned, a response will be provided regarding all processing that affects your personal data. If you request information on a specific processing, only information on that processing will be provided. If the request is made by phone, the user will be advised to do so in writing, and informed on how to do it and the address to send it. Information will never be given over the phone.
- **Notification Address**: Postal or electronic address for notifications.
- **Supporting Documents**: Documents supporting the request, if necessary.
- **Submission Proof**: The applicant must use any means that allows for proof of the sending and receipt of the request.

Lastly, we inform you that you have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency if you become aware of or believe that a fact may constitute a breach of the applicable data protection regulations. PURE PROPS S.L.U. commits to adopting the necessary technical and organizational measures, according to the level of risks associated with the processing carried out and indicated in this same section, to ensure their integrity, confidentiality, and availability.
