Villa Es Bosquet is a beautiful holiday villa ideal for families located near Crestatx and Sa Pobla, charming towns situated in the northeastern part of Mallorca. Once you turn off the main road towards Villa Es Bosquet, you immerse yourself in an atmosphere of complete relaxation.
Villa Es Bosquet offers a spacious lounge with a comfortable rest area with 2 sofas with a TV and fireplace, a large dining table and another living area with 2 sofas; additionally, there is another rest area on the second level of the living room; also, there is a spacious fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary to cook even for large families, and a large dining table; then, there are three spacious bedrooms, one of them en suite with a double bed, the second with 2 single beds and the third with 3 single beds; and one more complete bathroom (both with shower).
All rooms in the villa have very high ceilings, some of them with wooden beams, which give a sense of space and additional intimacy. The house is decorated and furnished with good taste in Mediterranean style, fully equipped and is the perfect option for those seeking comfortable holidays.
The exterior area leaves nothing to be desired: from the living room and kitchen, you can access the large covered porch with a lounge area and dining table and the pool area with lawn and sun loungers; from here, impressive panoramic views over the countryside open up. Additionally, there is a covered porch with a barbecue, a dining table, and a ping-pong table. Another highlight of the house is its enormous private "wild" territory, a forest where you can enjoy the most private walks in history!

We had an incredible stay. The house is beyond of what we expected.The only thing was that we had to leave the house imperatively at 11am cause the cleaning service supposed to arrive at that hour. We wait until 12pm and nobody came. We had to leave see more

Au Calme, proche des villages de Pollensa et Alcudia, ses plages et ports.

Villa Aubons is a charming holiday cottage for rent in Mallorca, located in the quiet village of Crestatx, in the north of the island. It is a very peaceful and secluded area, but at the same time has all the amenities you may need nearby. In addition, Playa de Mucho, one of the most famous white sandy beaches in Mallorca with numerous restaurants and beach bars, is a short drive away.
Villa Aubons features a spacious and comfortable living room with a fireplace and dining table, a fully equipped office-style kitchen with a dining table, three double bedrooms (one with a double bed and another with two single beds) and two bathrooms.
The living room has direct access to the covered terrace with a barbecue, rest areas and dining room with views of the Pacific landscape. You will definitely spend a lot of time outdoors, enjoying a large garden with lawn and typical Mediterranean vegetation, sunbathing and relaxing by the pool (6x3, depth 2.40 - 1.50) and enjoying stunning panoramic views.
The villa is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay: air conditioning in all rooms, heating in all rooms, satellite TV, WiFi connection, dishwasher, bed linen and towels and much more.
The villa has a unique Mallorcan architecture: facade and internal walls of natural stone, wooden beams on the ceiling, wooden carpentry and decorative details. Thanks to the thick natural stone walls, it does not get hot in summer or cold in the winter months. In the Crestatx area, there are several cafés, bars and supermarkets that have everything you need for your holidays.
To reach the property, one must pass through a rural stone path.
