Villa Can Pulit is a charming holiday home in Mallorca, located in the picturesque village of Selva, at the foot of the Tramuntana Mountains - a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This imposing setting adds even more appeal to this small mountain village. Villa Can Pulit is situated in the centre of this magical village, isolated from noise and rush.
Villa Can Pulit is a spacious and bright village house, which has the following layout: on the ground floor, there is a large living room with comfortable seating areas and TV, a separate dining room with a table for 8 people, a large fully equipped kitchen with dining / breakfast table, a double bedroom with a king-size bed and a bathroom with bathtub and shower.
The upper floor offers another living room with comfortable sofas and armchairs, a library and access to a cosy balcony; and 2 bedrooms (one with a king-size bed and another with two single beds) with en-suite bathrooms (both with shower).
In addition, there is an outdoor bathroom, equipped with shower and WC.
Among other amenities, Villa Can Pulit offers Wi-Fi, satellite TV with Netflix, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, etc.), washing machine, bed linen, towels, covered parking, etc.
Villa Can Pulit is tastefully decorated and combines typical Mallorcan decorations such as wooden beams on the ceiling, natural stone, woodwork and solid wood furniture, wrought iron railings, etc. with modern and comfortable appliances and facilities.
The exteriors of Villa Can Pulit invite you to enjoy sunny days and warm nights on various open and covered terraces with rest areas and dining areas with BBQ, ping-pong table, and spending time by the salt water pool both day and night thanks to the lighting.
Perfect location for families and nature and sports enthusiasts: you can go hiking or cycling in the Sierra de Tramuntana, go shopping in Inca, a neighbouring town with excellent shops, or visit Caimari, Moscari, Biniamar and Binibona - small neighbouring villages with special Mallorcan charm.

The house was very nice and the garden area with the pool was perfect for relaxing after a long climbing day. The garage is very important because the street is very very small! Rhe kitchen has a good size for cooking and all necessary tools are provsee more

Rhe kitchen has a good size for cooking and all necessary tools are provided. The sitting area, bathrooms and bedrooms are also fine. On the fridge is a timesheet for trash-pickup. The broken coffeemashine was repaired within a day.

A beautiful setting in the traditional, idyllic little village of Selva. The villa has large spaces with beautiful artwork and furnishings but the real beauty is outside with the gorgeous flowers and trees creating natural shade when you want it and see more

The villa has large spaces with beautiful artwork and furnishings but the real beauty is outside with the gorgeous flowers and trees creating natural shade when you want it and providing lots of colour! The pool is also a lovely salt water pool. The owner was very nice indeed as were Slow the company who deal with check-in etc. The local people in a Selva were ever so nice - definitely go to Es Parc and share the Tbone for 2 with a bottle of local red wine!
