Description
Villa S'Alzina is a cosy holiday home in Mallorca located in the southeast of the island, in Calonge, near Santanyí, in a very peaceful and idyllic setting. This Mallorcan stone country house is surrounded by nature and rich vegetation, exudes a relaxed holiday atmosphere and is suitable for anyone looking for a holiday with absolute privacy.
Once inside, you will feel welcomed by a cosy and homely atmosphere. Villa S'Alzina has two floors distributed as follows:
On the ground floor, there is a comfortable living-dining room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a fireplace, a bedroom and a bathroom.
The upper floor offers another living room, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. From this floor, you can enjoy clear views of the countryside and partial views of the sea.
The house is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable and worry-free stay: air conditioning in each room, Wi-Fi, 2 televisions (one in each living room), a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, complete kitchenware and necessary appliances, bed linen and towels, and much more.
Villa S'Alzina is located on a private plot with a 50 m² swimming pool, a large sunny terrace with sun loungers and a Balinese bed, a brick barbecue area, a covered terrace, a bathroom with an outdoor shower. The villa has a ping pong table for fun playing. The exteriors invite you to enjoy the tranquil views of nature and the blue of the sea on the horizon.
At 2 km or 5 minutes by car, there is a supermarket and just 650 m or 7 minutes on foot from the accommodation, there is a wide variety of restaurants with local specialities. If you want to enjoy a beautiful sandy beach, you will find the bay of Cala d'Or with its turquoise blue waters and white sandy beaches just 5 km or 9 minutes by car. Several picturesque coves and beaches such as Cala Serena, Cala Sa Nau, Portocolom Beach, etc. can be reached in 10-15 minutes by car.
In approximately one hour by car, you can reach the island's capital, Palma, and its Old Town, the Cathedral of La Seu and other historical heritage that is undoubtedly worth visiting. In addition, Palma City offers a variety of Mallorcan and international restaurants, including Michelin-starred restaurants, several markets (among which Santa Catalina Market and Olivar Market stand out), shopping centres and luxury shops, etc.

On the ground floor you will find a cosy living-dining room with access to the garden, a kitchen equipped with high-quality appliances and complete kitchenware, and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds that share a bathroom with a shower.
On the upper floor, there is a luminous living room with wooden beams that gives it a cosy touch with access to a terrace from which you can see views of the pool area and clear views of the countryside and the sea, the other two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), as well as another bathroom with a shower.
Villa Es Contes is equipped with everything you will need for a comfortable stay: air conditioning in all bedrooms, heating, Wi-Fi, satellite television, a fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary to cook comfortably, sheets and towels, etc.
The exterior area leaves nothing to be desired: a spacious pool area surrounded by a terrace and beautiful garden with lawn, palm trees, cypresses, olive trees, plane trees that give it depth and picturesque density. Here you can relax on one of the comfortable sun loungers with umbrellas or a Balinese bed, having an aperitif and enjoying the tranquillity and peace of the countryside and relaxing views. The villa has a ping pong table for fun playing. Additionally, there is a covered terrace with a dining table and a comfortable lounge where you can spend time during the hottest hours.
For barbecue lovers, we have a special extra: a fantastic outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, a ceramic hob, a gas stove, a sink, a refrigerator and a large table to enjoy family and friends meals. Also, it will have a ping pong table for entertainment and an outdoor bathroom with a shower for more comfort.
The nearest supermarket is 4.6 km away and there is a small selection of restaurants 1.8 km or 4 minutes by car. The centre of Cala d'Or, where you can experience the vibrant life of the Spanish city with bars, restaurants, an elegant marina and many small beaches. You can also quickly reach other quieter bays, such as Cala Mitjana and Cala Mondrago. The nearest larger towns to Cala d'Or are Santanyí (10 km) and S'Horta (3 km). There is also the nature reserve "Parc natural de Mondrago", where you can go hiking and admire rare orchids and more than 70 different bird species.
