Description
Villa Aubons is a charming holiday cottage for rent in Mallorca, located in the quiet village of Crestatx, in the north of the island. It is a very peaceful and secluded area, but at the same time has all the amenities you may need nearby. In addition, Playa de Mucho, one of the most famous white sandy beaches in Mallorca with numerous restaurants and beach bars, is a short drive away.
Villa Aubons features a spacious and comfortable living room with a fireplace and dining table, a fully equipped office-style kitchen with a dining table, three double bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other two with two single beds each) and two bathrooms, both with bathtubs.
The living room has direct access to the covered terrace with a barbecue, rest areas and dining room with views of the Pacific landscape. You will definitely spend a lot of time outdoors, enjoying a large garden with lawn and typical Mediterranean vegetation, sunbathing and relaxing by the pool (6x3, depth 2.40 - 1.50) and enjoying stunning panoramic views.
The villa is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay: air conditioning in all rooms, heating in all rooms, satellite TV, WiFi connection, dishwasher, bed linen and towels and much more.
The villa has a unique Mallorcan architecture: facade and internal walls of natural stone, wooden beams on the ceiling, wooden carpentry and decorative details. Thanks to the thick natural stone walls, it does not get hot in summer or cold in the winter months. In the Crestatx area, there are several cafés, bars and supermarkets that have everything you need for your holidays.
To reach the property, one must pass through a rural stone path.
*The Ecotax payment is mandatory in the Balearic Islands and must be paid in CASH upon arrival (€2.20 per person per night)*
*After making your reservation, you will receive all communications through the platform where you made your booking.
*Deposit payment and online check-in are mandatory to access the accommodation.
*KEY COLLECTION WILL BE DIRECTLY AT THE ACCOMMODATION.
*3 days before your arrival (if deposit payment and check-in were completed), you will receive the code for the accommodation key box.
*IMPORTANT: The code can only be used from the day and official check-in time indicated in your reservation.
*On the check-out day, keys must be deposited in the key box before 10:00 a.m.
*No events or parties are allowed*
*Between 10:00 p.m. and 09:00 a.m., silence is mandatory and during the rest of the day, respect for neighbours is essential (loud music, excessive noise, etc. are not permitted)*

*Please keep kitchen and barbecue areas clean to avoid attracting insects*
*Important: due to the house location and depending on the season, there may be insects. Slow Villas provides a product kit so you can enjoy your stay without disturbances.*

Additional notes
- The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
- During the low-season check in and check-out hours are flexible. Contact the agency to discuss possibilities .
- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
- Arrival out of office opening hours: keys will be left in a safety box. The total amount must be paid in advance.

My family and I had a wonderful time at Finca Aubons. It is a clean, well maintained, recently renovated villa on the Mallorcan countryside, with an incredible garden and a spectacular view. The house is very big, it has an enormous living area, a kitchen big enough to host a party and 3 huge rooms. The kitchen is well equipped (you'll be able to cook here your entire stay). The bathrooms are comfortable. The pool is as nice as portrayed in the pictures (filtered water, 1 to 1,70 mtrs deep). We stayed here 10 days in April, when the weather was changeable but we were comfortable the entire time because of the central heating and fireplace. There was a fantastic wood-fired BBQ and a big pile of dry lumber, so we had a few fantastic BBQ/romantic fireplace evenings. The internet connection is good enough to stream a Netflix movie, should you choose so.
