We are proud to present our spectacular Villa Roca Verde, located in Puigpunyent, a charming village that sits on the slopes of the Tramuntana Mountain Range, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. The picturesque surroundings are covered with a mix of pine and oak forests, as well as small almond and olive plantations.
Villa Roca Verde perfectly combines the relaxed Mallorcan style with a Scandinavian influence. The villa offers a large open-plan living room with a separate living area and an impressive designer fireplace. The elegant dining room is located next to a fully equipped modern kitchen with views of the well-maintained garden. Villa Roca Verde offers four spacious and bright bedrooms; three of them have queen-size beds and the fourth bedroom offers two comfortable bunk beds. There are two full bathrooms: the first is en-suite, with a bathtub, shower, and vanity with a double sink; the second bathroom has a bathtub, shower, and vanity with a double sink. Additionally, there is an independent toilet.
Among other amenities, the villa offers air conditioning in the living room, as well as individual units in each bedroom. Ceiling fans are provided in the bedrooms. The new kitchen is fully equipped, with a dishwasher and all the cooking utensils and crockery one could dream of. Additionally, there is a washing machine and dryer, bed linen and towels, etc. And, of course, an enormous high-definition panoramic Smart TV and WiFi connection via fibre optic, to stay entertained and informed while disconnecting and relaxing.
You will definitely enjoy the private swimming pool of approx. 8x6m along with beautiful terraces that provide plenty of seating areas and an outdoor dining area equipped with an exterior kitchen with a large barbecue. A fantastic place to relax with a cold drink and enjoy the tropical garden, citrus trees and mountain views.
The charming village of Puigpunyent is located just two minutes' walk from the town, allowing for a peaceful stroll to taste the wine from local vineyards and the cuisine of a variety of authentic neighbourhood restaurants. What a truly amazing place. The pictures are very accurate but it feels so much nicer than the pictures. The outdoor area is amazing and offers several seating options. We loved our time at the Villa and hope to return.

We stayed in this villa for 1 week and we had a great time. The house is easy to clean, the location very remote (which is nice), a nice pool and very nice rooms. You have to have a car to get around, but visiting the Calas and city’s in die area is see more

You have to have a car to get around, but visiting the Calas and city’s in die area is an absolute dream! As the house is very remote it’s quite usual to have some bugs around, but with the right tools you can get rid of them. We would recommend staying here and would come back again!

We enjoyed our stay. The Villa is beautiful and the location is great, very quiet but in walking distance to a lovely small town and 25 minutes from palma and beaches. We did not have any issues with mouldsmelly bathrooms. It’s just like the picturessee more

We would definitely return and think the current review score doesn’t really do it justice.That being said, the Villa could be even better if it was maintained better. Many things are brokennot in perfect condition which is a pity. As long as this persists, the nightly rate is pretty steep. Communication with slow villas was good, although it’s not ideal to have to go to the office to pick up the keys. However, they were very accommodating with checking in early and leaving late which was really appreciated! This could be an amazing place if it got some more love…

Im Dorf selbst gibt es neben einem Supermarkt auch kleinere Bars/Restaurants, die kulinarisch einiges zu bieten haben. Für größere Gruppen eignet sich die Finca meiner Meinung nach ideal, die große Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein. Der Check-In war völlig unkompliziert, der Kontakt mit der Agentur lief reibungslos.
