Villa Segundo is located in the southeast of Mallorca, in the largest municipality on the island called Llucmajor, famous for its coastal areas with sandy beaches such as Arenal, Cala Blava, Cala Pi, and rocky coves like Cala Maioris, Cala Cap Rocat, and many others, and its peaceful and beautiful municipal capital called Llucmajor.
The villa is very spacious and bright and offers a large living-dining room with a living area with a large flat-screen television and a fireplace and a dining table for 10 people, a fully equipped kitchen with a cooking island and everything necessary for a pleasant kitchen, 5 spacious bedrooms (one of them with a double bed and four others with two single beds) and 4 full bathrooms (one of them with a bathtub and three others with a shower).
Among other amenities, Villa Segundo has air conditioning throughout the house, Wi-Fi connection, washing machine, dryer, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, kettle, coffee maker, bed linen and towels and much more.
The most impressive thing about this great villa are its outdoor areas with a swimming pool (8 x 4.60) surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers, rest areas and dining areas under awnings and open, a covered porch with billiards and football tables, a covered barbecue area with dining room, a tennis court (rackets and balls are at your disposal) and ping-pong table. There will be no time to get bored!
Llucmajor is a great place to stay, where you can find everything you need to have a pleasant time. Typical cafés offering tasty Ensaimada, restaurants to taste delicious Mallorcan cuisine, you will also find shops, supermarkets, etc. The island's capital, as well as the famous beaches of Es Trenc and Sa Papita with several restaurants, are just a 20-minute drive away.
Villa Second is ideal for families or friends who want to enjoy all the facilities offered by this spectacular villa!

- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
- Arrival out of office opening hours: keys will be left in a safety box. The total amount must be paid in advance.

Fantastic villa, everything you need in one place. Great tennis and basketball courts, great pool, nice artificial grass lawn for relaxing, plancha area for grills. Indoors is nice too.

Los diferentes espacios que hay. Piscina, Ping-pong, futbolín, mini golf, barbacoa, pista de tenis. Un fin de semana se queda corto para poder disfrutar al completo de todas las instalaciones de la casa.

Per E-mail hatten wir genaue Konstruktionen erhalten. Schlüsselboxen mit Code, eingegeben und da waren die Finka Schlüssel. Die Finka befindet sich nun 25 min. Ca. Von dem Büro entfernt. Eingestiegen und auch die haben wir rasch und einfach gefunden. Zur Finka selbst: Wir waren zu 7. und haben genug platz gehabt. Sauber war sie selbstverständlich auch. Ausreichend Toiletten/Duschen sind vorhanden sowie 3 Kühlschränke (innen als auch aussen) für Getränke ideal und den kurzen Fußweg (für die faulen xD)
Llucmajor ist direkt ums eck, für Restaurant oder Supermarkt besuche Top 👌 Zum Ballermann braucht man ca. 20 Autominuten - Bettdecken für die kalten Nächte wären wünschenswert Dennoch ein geiler Trip, Danke |
