Villa Can Biel Canyamel is a modern property located on the seafront in an exclusive and very quiet area of Canyamel, just 5 minutes driving from the centre of this small coastal town on the east coast of Mallorca with a beautiful sandy beach, perfect for families with young children.
The ground floor of Villa Can Bien Canyamel offers a large living-dining room with a comfortable sofa and two reclining armchairs in front of a television, a large dining table for 8 people, a kitchen right next to the dining room fully furnished with high-quality appliances and has everything necessary to satisfy your daily needs.
From the living room and kitchen, they have access to a spacious terrace with a Balinese bed, a rest area, a high table with stools, and a large barbecue (butane). Going down a few steps, you reach the pool area with sun loungers and an outdoor shower (the pool is 7m long and 3-4 meters wide, and the depth is 2m). The living room has access to another covered terrace with a dining table where you can enjoy your meals and dinners with unbeatable sea views.
From practically every corner of the house and the terrace, you will enjoy spectacular views over the sea and the mountains. Those who like to get up early will also be able to enjoy the sunrises that leave you breathless.
On the first floor you will find four bedrooms: the main bedroom has a queen-size bed, a large en-suite bathroom with a whirlpool bath and a walk-in wardrobe, another double bedroom with a queen-size bed and a wardrobe, and two other bedrooms each with two single beds. The three bedrooms share a full bathroom with a shower. From each bedroom you will enjoy impressive views; additionally, each has access to a long balcony that connects all the bedrooms.
Villa Can Biel Canyamel offers air conditioning connection (2 units in the living room and one in each bedroom), Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, etc. and complete kitchenware, bed linen and towels, and much more.

Other nearby sandy beaches, such as Cala Millor, Cala Bona, Cala Ratjada can be reached in 15-20 minutes by car; to Son Serra de Marina and Can Picafort it will take about 30-35 minutes.

The house is in a perfect location where amazing restaurants are close by.

The house has amazing views of the ocean. It is clean, spacious and private. The AC works very well and kitchen is well stocked. Also, the pool is fenced, which makes it safe for children. We would stay here again and recommend it for families.
