Next to it, we offer Cala Mendia Beach House 2, also suitable for 6 people, which can be a perfect combination for large groups.
Cala Mendia Beach House offers a bright living room with a dining area and access to the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast table, three spacious bedrooms, two of them with double beds (one of them with access to a balcony) and the third with two single beds. Additionally, it has two bathrooms, both with showers.
One of the main attractions of this holiday rental house in Mallorca is its spacious semi-covered terrace with a view of Cala Mendia beach, with a relaxation area with a sofa and two armchairs, a perfect dining table to enjoy meals, a jacuzzi where you can relax during your stay and two sun loungers to sunbathe while enjoying the sea views and the greenery. The landscape surrounding the house with the abundant nature of Mallorca's pines will bring you a fresh sea breeze throughout the day.
Among other equipment, Cala Mendia Beach House offers Wi-Fi connection, flat-screen TV, air conditioning, modern appliances (does not include dishwasher) and a complete set of kitchen utensils, bedding and towels, etc. Those travelling with little ones can request a cot and high chair.

it was a family holiday and we chose this house for having the beach below, so my teenage children could move around on their own and we could enjoy ourselves in peace, what we liked the most was the terrace for dinner in the evening and the jacuzzi see more
