    Description

    Villa Es Bufedo is a modern frontline holiday home with spectacular views of the sea, Isla Cabrera, and Es Trenc Beach in Cala Pi, Mallorca

    Villa Es Bufedo is located in the quiet area of Cala Pi, just 800 meters from the beautiful sandy beach and the center of this small coastal town with various restaurants, bars, and supermarkets, which makes it perfect for holidays with family and friends. The Ses Penyes viewpoint with 180º views of the sea is located 50 meters away, just along the path to the beach.
    Villa Es Bufedo has 2 floors and has the following distribution: entering the house leads to a spacious and bright open-plan living room with a seating area with a TV, a large dining table for 8 people, and a fully equipped kitchen. From every corner of the living room and from a covered porch with outdoor furniture to which you have access from the living room, you will enjoy the impressive views of the sea. On the same floor, there is a bedroom with two double beds and a full bathroom with a shower.
    Going up the fairly wide staircase, we enter the first floor where we find three more bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath and a shower. This bedroom has a large window that opens up the impressive views of the sea and the island of Cabrera. Next door is another bedroom with a double bed and a small balcony with the same spectacular views. The third bedroom with a double bed shares a complete bathroom with a second bedroom.
    Villa Es Bufedo is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and worry-free stay: air conditioning in each room, WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and all utensils, large built-in wardrobes in all the bedrooms, sheets, bath, and pool towels, etc.

    The exterior is impressive, with sea views from every corner, a good-sized swimming pool, garden furniture and hammocks, and a barbecue for your fresco dinners.

    Cala Pi is a small coastal town famous for its beautiful sandy beach with easy access and all services at hand; in 20 minutes by car, you will reach the Arenal de Sa Rápita beach with its beach bars; in 30 minutes by car, you can get to Es Trenc beach – the virgin beach of Mallorca – with several restaurants offering typical Mallorcan and Mediterranean food; and the Palma City with its cultural and historical heritage, shopping, multiple restaurants and bars, daily and nightlife can be reached in 40 minutes by car.

    • The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
    • During the low-season check in and check-out hours are flexible. Contact the agency to discuss possibilities .
    • Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
    • Arrival out of office opening hours: keys will be left in a safety box. The total amount must be paid in advance.
