Cala Mendia Beach House 1 is a detached house with a beautiful sea views and direct access to the sandy beach perfect for the families with kids where you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas. Next to it we offer Cala Mendia Beach House 2, also suitable for 6 people so it can be a good combination for big groups.
Cala Mendia Beach House offers a bright living room with a dining area and access to the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast table, three spacious bedrooms, two of them with a double bed (one of them with access to a balcony) and the third one with two single beds. In addition, it has two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.
One of the biggest attractions of this vacation rental house in Mallorca is its spacious semi-covered terrace overlooking Cala Mendia beach, with a rest area with a sofa and two armchairs, a dining table perfect for enjoying meals, a jacuzzi where you can relax during your stay and two sun loungers to sunbathe enjoying the views of the sea and the greenery. The landscape that surrounds the house with the abundant nature of Mallorcan pines, will bring you a fresh sea breeze throughout the day.
Among other equipment, Cala Mendia Beach House offers Wi-Fi connection, flat-screen TV, air conditioning, modern appliances and a complete set of kitchen utensils, bed linen and towels, etc. Those traveling with children can request a crib and high chair.

it was a family holiday and we chose this house for having the beach below, so my teenage children could move around on their own and we could enjoy ourselves in peace, what we liked the most was the terrace for dinner in the evening and the jacuzzi see more
