Villa Son Vives is located in the heights of Banyalbufar, a small town with great and varied charms, in the heart of the Sierra de Tramuntana but, at the same time, decisively looking out to sea.
Villa Son Vives offers guests the main house and guest house. The main house is accessed through a large old solid wood door and leads to a fully equipped kitchen combined with a dining room with a large table for 8 people. Going up 2 steps, you access the relaxation area with 2 comfortable sofas and the TV. A corridor from the living room will take you to the large main bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed and an en-suite bathroom, which can be a perfect option for families with small children. Also, from the living room, you have access to a full bathroom with a shower, crossing which leads to a double bedroom with 2 single beds. From each room in the main house, you can enjoy impressive sea views.
To the guest house, one accesses through a typical small Mallorcan courtyard. This house has the following layout: upon entering, you reach the first bedroom with a sofa bed, from here you access a reception area with a large wardrobe and access to another bedroom with its double bed and the full bathroom with bathtub.
Villa Son Vives is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable and worry-free stay with your family and friends: air conditioning in the bedrooms of the main house and ceiling fans in the guest house, heating, WiFi, fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, microwave, water kettle, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine and complete kitchenware), sheets and towels (bath and pool), and much more.
The highlight of this impressive property is its exteriors with extensive gardens with typical Mediterranean trees and shrubs, lawn and vineyards. In the pool area, you will have 8 sun loungers, a large pergola with a dining table for 8 people and BBQ and a small lookout with a wrought iron table and two chairs where you can have your breakfast or a glass of wine with your partner. From every corner of the exteriors, you will enjoy unbeatable sea views from a bird's eye view that will not stop impressing you throughout your stay.
Banyalbufar is a small and charming village with a lovely historic centre with cafés, bars, restaurants, fruit shops and various stores that mainly offer local products. In particular, it is worth visiting some of its local wineries. A beautiful waterfall and a historic tower called Torre de Ses Ànimes, which was built as protection against pirate attacks in the 16th century, can also be appreciated.

*IMPORTANT: The upper floor of the main house is sometimes used by the owners. There are no shared common areas; everything described in the property description is for exclusive guest use.*
*We kindly request not exceeding 75l per day per person (one-two showers per person of 5-10 minutes which will not affect your stay). Once or twice a week a water truck will come to refill the reserve tank. Please park your vehicles as far back as possible in the parking area so the truck can park. Thank you for your cooperation.*

Grundsätzlich ein wunderschöner Ferienort in einem einzigartigen Haus. Sehr flexibel auch bei Spezialwünschen (warme Decken). In Notfällen erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Spezialinfo: Die Zufahrt zu diesem Haus führt durchs Dorf Banyalbufar und ist SEHR tricky. An zwei Stellen unglaublich eng und wir waren froh, hatten wir KLEINE Mietaustos. Ansonsten alles wunderbar und unvergesslich!

Ein wirklich sehr schönes geräumiges, individuell eingerichtetes Haus in einem ganz bezaubernden Dorf. Ruhig, mit wunderschöner Aussicht. Einkaufsgelegenheit und tolle Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Allerdings sollte man darauf achten, kein großes Auto zu mieten, ansonsten wird man an den engen Straßen zum Haus hinauf scheitern.Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt.
