        Do you dream of enjoying stunning sea views during your holidays? Then, Es Faro House is a perfect option for you. This holiday home in Puerto de Sóller has a totally exclusive location: it is located on the first line of the sea, directly on the beach and has access to the sea and the long seafront promenade with many restaurants, cafes and ice cream shops, grocery stores, supermarkets, etc. in just a few steps.
Es Faro House offers a spacious and bright living room with sea views, featuring 2 comfortable sofas and TV, and a dining area with a cosy cast iron fireplace. From the living room, you can access the large covered terrace with a relaxation area, dining table and barbecue, where you can enjoy your meals and appetisers while taking in the impressive views over the sea and the entire bay of Port de Sóller. You will definitely spend most of your time on the terrace during your stay at the house, as the view is truly unforgettable.
The house has 4 spacious double rooms: the main one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, the second with a double bed and two others with twin beds. The house also has another bathroom with a shower and a toilet. From each of the rooms, you will enjoy sea views: the first thing you will see when waking up each morning will be the sea and the hills of Mallorca.
Moreover, there is a fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary for cooking and a pantry, an additional bathroom with a shower and a toilet.
All rooms in the house are oriented to the northeast, so there is plenty of sunlight during the day, even in winter when the sun is at its lowest point.
The house is decorated with good taste in Mediterranean style and is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable and worry-free stay: air conditioning and fans in each room, large built-in wardrobes in each bedroom, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, bedding, towels, etc.
There is a private parking space for a small or medium car, a large car should be parked on the street.
Port Soller is one of the most exclusive and coveted destinations in Mallorca: an old fishing port has been transformed into a picturesque coastal town, which became popular especially for its Sóller Tram (Spanish heritage tram), its large bay with a protected harbour, and its scenic surroundings. Along the long seafront promenade, you will find many restaurants always offering fresh fish, seafood and paella, a variety of cafés, ice cream parlours where you can taste a very popular ice cream called Fet a Sollér and a large number of shops with typical Mallorcan products: olive oil, salt, jams, classic biscuits and much more. Additionally, it has a well-equipped marina that is the perfect starting point for yacht and sailing trips to neighbouring bays such as Sa Calobra, where various scenes from the Hollywood film Cloud Atlas were filmed.

| The villa was really comfortable and was clean and well equipped for cooking/eating.  The shower was excellent - we didn't use the bath as it was pretty hot when we were there. We particularly liked the terrace which was shaded after mid-morning so it was comfortable to sit out of the heat and gaze at the view.  Its location in Porte de Soller was fabulous - right by a sandy gentle beach for swimming and with restaurants, bars and a Spar all close by.  Porte de Soller was a fabulous place to be located with the tram around the bay and to Soller, boat rides, the beach and mountains all around. People had commented about the live music in the restaurant below but it was only on two evenings during the week we were there and was very enjoyable - it is a very nice restaurant so the music was high quality - and it was lovely to sit out on the terrace enjoying live music! Some people commented on a bad smell from one of the bathrooms but we did not experience this. | |||
