Cala Estellencs House is a charming Majorcan house with a unique location and impressive sea views in Cala Estellencs, a small rocky cove of the same name that invites you to swim and sunbathe and to which it has direct access. Thanks to its location, the house is perfect for total disconnection and it is important to know that the WiFi signal is weak so sometimes there may not be both WiFi and Smart TV signals.
Casa Cala Estellencs House offers a spacious living room with 3 comfortable sofas (one of them sofa-bed), TV and fireplace, a separate dining room with fantastic sea views, a modern kitchen, 2 bedrooms with two single beds in each room, and a bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms are located on the first floor, accessible by a sloping wooden staircase.
From all the rooms you will enjoy spectacular panoramic views over the Balearic Sea and the Sierra de Tramuntana, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in the category of "Cultural Landscape".
Cala Estellencs House has a smart TV, WIFI (THE WIFI SIGNAL IS WEAK AND SOMETIMES THERE MAY BE NO INTERNET), ceiling fans in both bedrooms and regular fans in the living room, dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, etc., and complete household, bed linen and towels. The house does not have a washing machine.
Another highlight of this unique property is a large L-shaped terrace with a dining table and BBQ where you will spend wonderful moments relaxing and enjoying unique views and absolute tranquility.
Cala Estellencs House will be a perfect choice for those who want to disconnect from busy life, nature, and hiking lovers, and those who appreciate visiting exclusive places.

*IMPORTANT: THE KEYS TO THE PROPERTY MUST BE COLLECTED FROM OUR OFFICE. Office hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00. If your arrival time is outside these hours, please make sure you have received our mail with instructions to collect the keys in a safe deposit box*.
*IMPORTANT: DUE TO THE LOCATION OF THE PROPERTY THE WIFI SIGNAL IS WEAK SINCE IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO CONNECT IT BY CABLE.For this reason, sometimes, WiFi and TV may be inactive*
*Pets on request please*
*No type of events or parties are allowed*
*Silence is obligatory between 22:00 and 09:00, and during the rest of the day respect for the neighbors is essential (no loud music, excessive noise, etc.)*
*Important: depending on the season, there may be insects in the property. Slow Villas provides the kit of products so you can enjoy your stay without any hassles. Please keep the kitchen and barbecue areas clean to avoid attracting insects*
*We recommend renting a small/medium car*
*We recommend buying food and everything you need for the first days / full stay before arrival, there are no supermarkets nearby*

- Arrival out of office opening hours: keys will be left in a safety box. The total amount must be paid in advance.
