    Description

    Villa Son Pere is an inviting holiday home in Mallorca, situates in a delightful rural location on the southern part of the island, around 7 km to the east of Campos. In Campos, you will find bars, restaurants, and shops that will cater to your daily needs. The fantastic sandy beach of Es Trenc is 19 km away. In around 40 minutes of traveling by car, you can reach the capital of the island, Palma, and its Old Town, which is definitely worth visiting.

    Villa Son Pere was built in 2014 with high-quality materials, is tastefully decorated, and is full of natural light all over the house. Once you enter the interior of the house, you are greeted by a homelike welcoming atmosphere.
    A partly open-plan living-dining room with an integrated kitchen forms the heart of the house: two comfortable sofas are in front of a chimney and the TV invites you to entertain, relax with a good book or chat with family and friends. If need be, you can light the wood-burning stove for comforting warmth and an added sense of homeliness on cooler evenings. In the center, you will have a big solid-wood dining table around which you can all sit together and dine indoors. The modern kitchen that is adjoined to the dining area is fully furnished with high-quality appliances and has enough storage and worktop space here to ensure that several people can prepare meals together at the same time.
    Four double bedrooms (three with double beds, and the fourth one with two single beds) are tastefully decorated and invite you to have a good rest after a long day full of emotions and a pleasant feeling of exhaustion. Three of them are on the ground floor and the fourth one is on the first floor. Further, there are three full bathrooms (two of them en suite with the shower and one separate).
    Villa Son Pere is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and carefree stay: air conditioners in the living room and three bedrooms and ceiling fan in the fourth bedroom, TV, WIFI, safe, fans, washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer, linens and towels, and much more.
    The property extends on the 20,000 m² plot with lawned areas, Mediterranean plants, and various terraces. The jewel of the exterior area is the pool area: 8x4m salt-water swimming pool is surrounded by a sun terrace with sunbeds and can be comfortably accessed via a set of steps to the side of it (its depth varies between 0.90 and 2.00 m). Next to it, you will find a covered BBQ area, where you can enjoy BBQ meals without fear of the weather and savor delightful, fresh meat, fish, and vegetables that the local region has to offer.
    Also, there is a spacious, partly covered terrace, with access to the living room and the kitchen, which looks positively homely in its protected position ensconced between two walls of the house. Here, a grand dining table invites you to relax and while away the time relaxing with a view over the garden.

    Villa Son Pere is the sister of the Villa Sa Pau, which can also be found in our listing. Both houses are situated apart from one another on a huge, 35,000 m² estate, which belongs to the same owners. You can't see one villa from the other, and so you will enjoy complete and utter privacy whilst staying here. There is a parking space for your hire car in front of the house.

    When it comes to little day trips, then, among others, the pretty harbor area of the former fishing village of Colonia de Sant Jordi (21 km) is a particular draw. In Cala Figuera (also 21 km) you can acquaint yourself with the charm of another traditional Mediterranean fishing harbor. The Mondrago national park is only 10 minutes away by car. There you can discover a wonderful nature reserve situated by beaches and forests.

    • The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
    • During the low-season check in and check-out hours are flexible. Contact the agency to discuss possibilities .
    • Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
    • Arrival out of office opening hours: keys will be left in a safety box. The total amount must be paid in advance.
