Villa Can Massienet is a charming village house located on a very quiet street in Búger, close to the town centre and its main services. The chalet has no adjacent neighbours, here you can enjoy a relaxing holiday with your family or friends in a very peaceful environment. Thanks to its privileged location on top of a hill, Villa Can Massienet enjoys beautiful views of the north coast and central area of the island.
Villa Can Massienet is presented on two floors and has the following layout: on the ground floor you will find a reception area, a pleasant and spacious living room with a fireplace, a large kitchen with a dining table and direct access to the garden area with barbecue and dining area, a bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a bathtub.
On the upper floor there is a bedroom with two single beds, a bedroom with a single bed and a bunk bed, a full bathroom, an outdoor laundry room and a large terrace. Both bedrooms have direct access to the terrace with a rest area from where they can enjoy clear views of the surrounding fields.
Villa Can Massienet is tastefully decorated and furnished, combining details of Mallorcan architecture such as stone walls and arches, with the comfort and clarity of modern architecture.
Villa Can Massienet is equipped with everything necessary to spend pleasant holidays: air conditioning, ceiling fans, oil heating, WiFi connection, built-in wardrobes, fully equipped kitchen and prepared for cooking comfortably: oven, fridge, dishwasher, small appliances, complete kitchenware and plenty of storage space; bed sheets and bath and pool towels, etc.
The exteriors offer a beautiful garden with lawn, fruit trees and typical Mediterranean plants, a lovely swimming pool with sun loungers and an umbrella beside it, the barbecue area with a large dining table under a beautiful pergola intertwined with climbing plants nearby and a rest area.
Búger is a locality situated in the north of the island of Mallorca, about 15 minutes from the coast and half an hour from Palma. It is part of the Raiguer region and borders the towns of Campanet, Sa Pobla, Inca and Selva.

*Between 22:00 and 09:00, silence is mandatory and during the rest of the day, respect for neighbours is essential (loud music, excessive noise, etc. are not permitted)*

- Arrival out of office opening hours: keys will be left in a safety box. The total amount must be paid in advance.
