Description
Villa Marbella is a large holiday rental villa in Mallorca, Playa de Palma, located 150 metres from the famous Playa de Palma and next to all the entertainment facilities offered by El Arenal - Las Maravillas.
Villa Marbella has an area of approx. 400 m², distributed over three floors and offers a spacious entrance hall, a large living-dining room with TV, a fully equipped independent kitchen, five bedrooms, four complete bathrooms with shower and a toilet. Additionally, there are 2 terraces with rest areas where you can enjoy your meals or drinks.
Villa Marbella has everything necessary for a comfortable and pleasant stay: air conditioning, WiFi connection, washing machine, iron, bed linen and towels, kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, oven, coffee maker, and much more.
The outdoor area offers a swimming pool surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers, an outdoor shower, a barbecue, and a dining table where you can spend hot days cooling off in the pool and enjoy grilled meals with your family and friends on warm evenings.
The house is located just 150 metres from the beach, known for its long seafront promenade with numerous bars, pubs, restaurants, nightclubs, supermarkets and mini-markets, etc., so there is no need to rent a car. The island's capital, Palma de Mallorca, is about 30 minutes by bus. It offers a lot to see and do: cultural and historical heritage, shopping, unique architecture, including the Cathedral of Palma, La Lonja, Bellver Castle, etc.
Villa Marbella is ideal for groups of friends and adventures in large families, beach lovers and nightlife, and admirers of long walks on foot and by bicycle.

*IMPORTANT: THE PROPERTY KEYS MUST BE COLLECTED FROM OUR OFFICE. Office hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00. If your arrival time is outside these hours, please ensure you have received our email with key collection instructions from a safety box.*

*Between 22:00 and 09:00, silence is mandatory and during the rest of the day, respect for neighbours is essential (loud music, excessive noise, etc. are not permitted)*

*We kindly ask you to keep kitchen and barbecue areas clean to avoid attracting insects*
*Important: due to the location of the house and depending on the season, there may be insects. Slow Villas provides a product kit so you can enjoy your stay without disturbances.*

Additional notes
- The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.

- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
- Arrival out of office opening hours: keys will be left in a safety box. The total amount must be paid in advance.
