Villa Can Milana is a villa with great charm, built by Pedro Outzoup, a famous architect who created several houses in his unique style, which was formed with influence from the Ibizan and Menorcan styles. The villa is located in La Mola de Puerto Andrtatx, one of the most sought-after areas on the island formed by the most exclusive chalets in Mallorca.
Villa Can Milana offers its guests a spacious and bright living room with 2 separate areas: one with comfortable sofas, a TV and a fireplace that creates a very cosy atmosphere, and another with benches covered with cushions perfect for having a chat, reading a book or having an aperitif. On the same ground floor connected by a few steps, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with access to the pool area, 3 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds and its own bathroom with a shower, a second bedroom with two single beds and a third with a bunk bed and a single bed that can be converted into a double bed, with its own bathroom with a shower). On the ground floor there is also a third bathroom with a shower. On the first floor you will find another large bedroom with a double bed, a separate work area with a desk, a bathroom with a bathtub and two terraces: one of them has a small table and enjoys impressive 180º views of the sea and mountains.
From this terrace, climbing up a spiral staircase, you can access the roof terrace that offers a 360º view over the sea, mountain and Port Andratx.
Villa Can Milana is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable and worry-free stay: air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms, WiFi, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, complete kitchenware, bed linen, and bath and pool towels, and much more.
The exteriors of Villa Can Milana with several typical Mediterranean plants such as olive trees, palm trees, bougainvilleas, etc. offer a large swimming pool surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers and a large porch with a relaxation area and dining table where you could enjoy meals and dinners with your family and friends enjoying the Mediterranean breeze.
Port Andratx, one of the most elegant and famous ports on the island, is 5 minutes away by car. Many consider it the most beautiful port in the Mediterranean: it is an elegant port, with a yacht club and a long seafront promenade. It remains a working fishing port where you can sit outdoors at one of the numerous cafés or restaurants, and have your meals while enjoying the wonderful views of the port. There is a small beach in the port itself and several larger beaches (both sandy like Santa Ponsa, Camp de Mar, Peguera and rocky like Costa de la Calma and Illetes) a short drive away. Additionally, there are several nearby golf courses: Camp de Mar, Bendinat, Santa Ponsa, etc.

We loved our stay at this villa, home was exactly as advertised, but pictures cannot give you a true feeling this home provokes. The outside space is better than any other home we have stayed previously and we have been travelling to Mallorca for the past 15 years. Sunrise and Sunset is spectacular from your choice of 3 verandas! Inside this home is immaculate and you have everything you need and more. What makes this home even better is its quirky interior and a real feeling of home. Our kids loved wifi strong connection and the large TV with access to Apple TV and Netflix. SLOW was an exceptional company really good communication and we knew that they where only a phone call, message away! Also want to mention our pool was cleaned twice a week and the whole outside brushed and washed. This was done very early with no interruption.
