Villa Port Andratx is a modern and comfortable holiday home in Mallorca located only a few steps away from one of the most elegant and famous harbours of the island: Port Andratx. Many consider it to be the most beautiful harbour in the Mediterranean: it is an elegant harbour with a yacht club and a long promenade.

Villa Port Andratx is a very spacious and bright property, divided over two floors. On the ground floor there is an entrance hall, a spacious living room with double sofa bed and large smart TV, a dining room with table for 8 people and exit to the back patio with sun loungers; a fully equipped kitchen and a gym with exit to the pool area; a laundry room; and a bathroom.
On the first floor there are four bedrooms: the master bedroom with double bed, en suite bathroom and terrace, another bedroom with two single beds and balcony, two more bedrooms (one with double bed and one with two single beds), and a further bathroom. The master bedroom and another bedroom with balcony overlook the pool area, furthermore, the master bedroom has direct access to the pool.

The outdoor area offers a good sized swimming pool with salt water, surrounded by a sunbathing terrace, an outdoor open dining area and a cosy covered lounge area.

Villa Port Andratx is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and carefree stay: air conditioning in all rooms, Wi-Fi connection, satellite TV, central heating, solar panels for electricity, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, kitchenware, etc.), washing machine, bed linen, towels, and much more.

Port Andratx is still a working fishing port where you can sit outside in one of the many cafes or restaurants, and have your drinks while enjoying the wonderful views of the harbour. There is a small beach in the harbour itself and several larger beaches (both sandy like Santa Ponsa, Camp de Mar, Peguera and rocky like Costa de la Calma and Illetes) within a short drive. There are also several golf courses nearby: Camp de Mar, Bendinat, Santa Ponsa, etc.
