Villa Sa Llimonera is a traditional Mallorcan villa located in a quiet residential area, about 20 minutes walk from the beautiful bay of Cala Llombards, in the southeast of Mallorca. The house is built on a fenced plot and is therefore idyllic for family holidays with children.
The interior of Villa Sa Llimonera is practical and comfortable and offers a cosy living-dining room with a comfortable sofa and TV and a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms (two with double beds and two with two single beds) and 3 complete bathrooms with shower. From one of the bedrooms on the upper floor there is direct access to the terrace with a small table from where you can enjoy the sea views while having breakfast or an aperitif.
From the living-dining room there is access to the outside of the villa with a dining area under awning, the pool area with sun loungers, a ping-pong table and a brick barbecue perfect for preparing meals for 8 people.
In Cala Santanyi with its beautiful beach and in the small village of Es Llombards, which can be reached in 10 minutes by car, you can find restaurants and other commercial establishments.
