This home in Port Soller has totally exclusive location: it sits on the first sea line, directly above the beach, and has access to the sea and the long promenade with plenty of restaurants, coffee, and ice-cream shops, grocery stores, and supermarkets, etc. in few steps.

Es Faro House offers an ample and bright seaview living room with 2 comfortable sofas and a TV and a dining area with a cozy cast iron fireplace. From the living room, you get to the big covered terrace with a lounge area, dining table, and BBQ, where you will enjoy your meals and aperitifs while relishing impressive views over the sea and the whole bay of Port Soller. You will definitely spend most of your time on the terrace when staying in the house as the view is totally unforgettable.

Then, you have 4 spacious double bedrooms: the master one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, the second one with a double bed, and another two with two single beds. From each of the bedrooms you will enjoy sea views: just imagine, the first you will see waking up every morning is the sea and the hills of Mallorca.

Also, there is a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary for cooking and a storage room, one more bathroom with a shower, and one toilet.

All the rooms of the house are north-east facing, so there is a lot of sunlight throughout the day, even in winter when the sun is at its lowest.

Es Faro House is tastefully decorated in Mediterranean style and is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable and carefree stay: air conditioners and ventilators in every room, big fitted wardrobes in each bedroom, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, linens, towels, etc.

Port Soller is one of the most exclusive and sought-after destinations in Mallorca: a former fisher port has been converted into a picturesque seaside town, which has become popular especially due to its Tranvía de Sóller (Spanish heritage tramway), its large bay with a sheltered harbor, and its picturesque surroundings. On the long promenade, you will find plenty of restaurants offering always fresh fish, seafood, and paella, a variety of coffee shops, ice-cream shops where you can taste very popular ice cream named Fet a Sollér, and a lot of grocery stores with typical local Mallorcan products: olive oil, salt, jams, classic crackers, and much more.

Also, it has a well-equipped marina is the perfect starting point for yacht and sailing trips to neighboring bays such as Sa Calobra, where were recorded various scenes of the Hollywood movie Cloud Atlas.
