Villa Marbella is a large villa in Mallorca, Playa de Palma, located in 150 meters from the famous beach Playa de Palma and next to all the entertainment facilities that offers El Arenal - Las Maravillas.

The house is located just 150 meters from the beach, well-known thanks to its long promenade with numerous bars, pubs, restaurants, discos, super- and minimarkets, etc. so there is no need to rent a car. The island's capital, Palma de Mallorca, is about 30 minutes by bus. It offers so much to see and do: cultural and historical heritage, shopping, unique architecture, including Palma Cathedral, La Lonja, Bellver Castle, etc.
